化工污水处理特点及难点
化工废水的基本特征是：(1)水质成分复杂，副产物多，反应原料常为溶剂类物质或环状结构的化合物，增加了废水的处理难度；(2)废水中污染物含量高，这是由于原料反应不完全和原料或生产中使用的大量溶剂介质进入了废水体系所引起的；(3)有毒有害物质多，精细化工废水中有许多有机污染物对微生物是有毒有害的，如卤素化合物、硝基化合物、具有杀菌作用的分散剂或表面活性剂等；(4)生物难降解物质多，B/C比低，可生化性差；(5)废水色度高。若未处理或处理不当即排入水体或用于灌溉，将会污染环境，影响人们的身体健康。
解决方案及技术工艺
根据对该化工企业的实际考察，通过现场调查和资料查找，以及当地市环境监测站监测数据综合分析，我公司技术组为该化工企业制定了对应的工艺流程，有效的解决了该化工企业的化工废水和生活污水的处理问题。
某化工企业是一家以化纤油剂和特种表面活性剂、聚醚类系列产品的研发、生产应用为核心的中型化工企业，其产品种类繁多，生产过程中排放的废水中主要含有醇、醚、烷烃、有机酸等污染物，成分复杂、水质变化大，属难处理的化工废水。出水执行《污水综合排放标准》( GB8978-1996)中的标准，随着企业生产规模的扩大及环保意识的提高，原有设施已不能满足企业发展的需要，因此企业提出建一套处理规模180m3/d的污水处理设施，并要求出水回用于设备清洗、绿化、地面冲洗水等。经对该公司废水水质、水量调查后，拟将COD高、可生化性较差的溴丁烷废水及EO、PO泄压水等高浓度废水单收集进行预处理，然后再与其他废水混合后进行再处理。
从处理效果和处理成本等方面综合考虑，决定采用臭氧氧化技术作为高浓废水的预处理工艺，综合废水采用物化+厌氧+MBR+人工湿地的处理工艺。
处理后的效果
本次为该化工企业设计的污水处理系统出水水质较好，主要水质指标可以达到排放标准，能很好的适应进水水质不稳定，系统出水可达到综合污水排放标准，有效的解决了该类废水中COD高的现实情况。根据实际要求及设计工艺，采用物化+厌氧+MBR+人工湿地的处理工艺，以提高水质，满足出水达标要求并该套污水处理系统长期稳定运行。
结论
(1)针对本项目废水种类多、成分复杂、COD高、水量水质变化大等特点，采取分质收集、分别处理的方案，将COD较高，处理难度较大的废水单收集，通过预处理降低部分污染物浓度，提高废水可生化性，然后再与其他废水混合处理。
(2)本工程高浓度废水采用臭氧氧化处理工艺，综合废水采用厌氧+MBR+人工湿地的复合处理工艺。工程实践表明，系统运行可靠、耐冲击负荷能力强、处理效果显著，出水水质可以满足企业车间地面及设备冲洗用水要求。

Characteristics and difficulties of chemical sewage treatment

A chemical company is a special chemical fiber oil agent and surface active agent, polyether series product development, production and application as the core of the petrochemical enterprise, its product variety, wastewater discharge in the production process mainly contains alcohol, ether, alkane, organic acid and other pollutants, complex composition, changes in water quality, chemical wastewater is difficult to treat. After investigating the wastewater and water quality of the company, the high concentration and low biodegradability of bromine butane wastewater and EO, PO pressure relief water and other high concentration wastewater were collected separately for pretreatment, then mixed with other wastewater to reprocess COD.
Considering the treatment effect and treatment cost, ozone advanced oxidation technology is chosen as the pretreatment technology for high concentration wastewater. The integrated wastewater is treated by physicochemical + anaerobic +MBR+ wetland.
Effect after treatment
This is the design of chemical enterprise wastewater treatment system is better, the main quality index can meet emission standards, good adaptability to water quality is not stable, the effluent can reach the comprehensive sewage discharge standards, effectively solve the reality of this kind of wastewater in high COD. According to the actual requirements and design process, the process of physicochemical + anaerobic +MBR+ constructed wetland was adopted to improve the water quality, meet the requirements of effluent reaching the standard and ensure the long-term stable operation of the set of sewage treatment system.

(1) according to the characteristics of the wastewater of the project types, complex components, high COD, water quality changes, take the matter to collect, treatment programs, COD high, separate collection is difficult to treat wastewater, the concentrations of some pollutants decreased firstly through pretreatment, the biodegradability of the wastewater increased, and then other waste water treatment.
(2) the high concentration wastewater in this project is treated with ozone oxidation process, and the composite wastewater is treated by the compound treatment process of anaerobic +MBR+ artificial wetland. Engineering practice shows that the system has reliable operation, strong impact load resistance and significant treatment effect, and the effluent quality can meet the requirements of washing water for floor and equipment in the enterprise workshop.
