一体化污水处理设备适用于江、河、湖、水库、农业、生产工厂、生活城市、学校、医院等及煤矿尾矿水、洗煤水、浴池、洗车场、电镀和其它工业废水的水质净化。
一体化污水处理设备的组成，凝池、沉淀池、过滤池、水质稳定装置、反冲洗装置、水泵及电气控制柜。
1、混凝池：将凝结水从进水管中注入凝固池，用混合器搅拌，使悬浮固体SS与混凝剂充分接触反应形成矾花。一般的水净化装置采用涡流反应混合水和混凝剂，但效果随水的变化而不稳定。该净水器与混合器混合，不受水的变化影响。
2、沉淀水室：混凝后形成矾，流入沉淀池内的泥沙设备，沉淀池采用斜管沉淀法，梯形斜板沉淀室沉淀后固液分离，污泥沉降到泥桶中。
3、过滤池：通过沉淀水过滤过滤池，过滤结构：底部为布管，中间为石英砂，上部为无烟煤。过滤速度为10米/小时，后将水倒入清水池进行消毒处理。反冲洗过滤器内约12小时，和反冲时间为5-10分钟。
