工程实例：
某加工厂年生成300w吨，每小时平均排水2000m³/h。
设计：日处理废水4.8w方，百分之75作为回收水，其余的达标排放
该废水为冶金废水，排放标准为国家二级标准
处理工艺：
采用物理化学法，在回收水深度处理中增加去除暂时硬度、总碱度软化、过滤、消毒等工艺。
工艺流程：预处理、澄清、过滤
本工程耗时一年，工程占地20000方，绿化覆盖率三分之一，投资5000w现在已经正式运营。
