DJF(t) series Shutter Cone Fan (Push-Pull Opening system)

风机百叶窗开启通过风机中间的离心机构打开或关闭百叶窗，打开机构风机百叶窗在风机运行时完全打开或关闭，将百叶窗产生的风阻降到低，有效提高风机运行效率，配合加长喇叭口设计，让该风机在隧道式通风情况下真正实现高风压、低能耗、大风量；
Use push-pull opening system to completely open and close shutters, minimize the wind resistance and greatly improve the operating efficiency; with extended cone design to guarantee that it can achieve high wind pressure, low energy consumption and big air flow in tunnel ventilation condition.

风机扇叶均采用特殊形状设计使其可自行清洁以达到率，扇叶采用克虏伯自洁不锈钢材料经模具冲压成型制成，风量大、不变形、不断裂、不挂灰、美观；
Sanhe fan blade is special designed for the biggest efficiency which made of Krupp stainless steel by punch forming. Large air volume, no deformation, no broken, no dust, attractive and durable.

皮带轮采用高强度铝镁合金压铸制成，重量轻，耐腐蚀性能强，减轻扇叶重量；皮带轮表面均经过喷砂处理，提高美观度、消除内应力、有效提高自身强度，断裂；
Belt pulley is made of die-casting aluminum-magnesium alloy with high strength which is light and corrosion-resistant and reduces the weight of blades; the surface is treated by sand blasting to improve the appearance, eliminating internal stress, greatly improving their own rigidity and ensuring they will never break;

电机有裕韵三和电机和西门子电机供客户选择，可根据客户需要电压、频率定制；电机均采用防护等级：IP55、绝缘等级：F级；
Both Yuyun Sanhe brand motor and Siemens brand motor are available. Motor voltage and frequency can be customized. Motor protection grade IP55, insulation class F grade.

风机轴承均采用进口双列轴承，强度高、噪音低、寿命长、免维护；型号：30600037

百叶窗链接件采用尼龙制成，确保使用寿命，打开灵活；百叶窗均采用加厚热镀锌钢板制成，密封型好、不变形、更加牢固；辅助百叶厚度0.8mm；打开百叶厚度1.5mm
Shutter fixed clips are made of high quality nylon which ensure long service life and flexible opening; Shutters are made of thickened hot dip galvanized sheet , good sealing, no deformation, high strength; Thickness of the assistant shutter is 0.8mm; Thickness of the opening shutter is 1.5mm.

外框板材均采用热镀锌钢板制成，采用275克/平方的高镀锌层板材，使用寿命长，抗氧化能力强；外框材质也可定制304不锈钢或者430不锈钢；

风机立柱两端固定件有传统的铁板改成铝镁合金底座，传统的焊接连接改成插接连接，有效降低风机震动率、固定更加牢固、避免生锈、提高美观度；
The fasteners fixed on both ends of blade -support are changed from traditional iron plates to aluminum magnesium alloy base, traditional welding connection to plug-in connection which has greatly reduced the friction coefficient, fixed more firmly, avoided rust and improved the appearance.
