四川某食品有限公司是一家集食品研发、生产、销售于一体的大型农业产品深加工基地，主要产品包括豆奶粉、燕麦片等。生产废水主要来源于豆奶粉生产过程中的泡豆烫豆废水、糖浆车间产生的清洗废水等，其特性是有机物（蛋白质、淀粉、糖）含量高，易腐烂，但不合有害物质，易降解等，废水呈弱酸性。UASB反应器具有污泥床内生物量多、容积负荷高、去除率高、出水水质稳定等特点。
解决方案及技术工艺
