微浮选净水器是我公司引进目前国际专利技术，开发后设计的新产品，本设备各项指标均达国进水准。 由其是在造纸工业中，可有效地进行白水回收、净化废纸脱墨工程循环水、代替污水处理的沉淀池及分离活性污泥。
工艺原理：
1，溶气利用
气浮处理污水效率的高低取决于单位体积内溶气水所能浮起的小气泡的大质量，这是判断溶气气浮工作效率的一项客观指标。空气是很难溶于水的物质，常压下空气在水中的溶解度1.8%，在0.3Mpa的压强下（约三个大气压强），空气在水中的溶解度可达5.4%。让水中有限的溶解气体在释放时产生更大的作用是气浮效率的关键。我们可以在三个方面来提率，
a， 缩小气泡直径
b， 增大气泡群的密度
c， 气泡群的均匀度
三者是相互关联相互制约的，在有限的溶解空气情况下，缩小气泡的直径就可以增大气泡群的密度，增大了气泡群密度就可以增大气泡群的均匀度。在传统气浮法里，气泡的直径一般在20微米以上，气泡群的密度相对较小，而大于100微米的无效气泡比例大，这些无效气泡因为直径大而上升速度快，从而使的絮凝体受冲击而破裂，浮选效果不理想。微浮选净水器的溶气释放气泡直径小于10微米，密度大，分布均匀，耗能少，利用率近。
2，悬浮物处理负荷高
微浮选净水器可以处理悬浮物SS含量高达5000-20000mgL的废水。这个指标是任何传统气浮方式所不能达到的。传统 气浮所能分离的SS含量一般在1000mgL 左右，仅对SS含量在几百mgL左右的废水具有一定的实用价值。 简单实用的压力溶气
本机溶气罐的设计采用了与传统理论不同的设计方案，否定了以水力停留时间为主要依据的设计方法，实现了容量体积大，处理容量大，为增大气、水接触面积采用了四级预混合机构，气、水在极短时间内即可达到均相状态。
3，气泡发生器
传统气浮由于其释放器本身的缺陷和局限性，也对悬浮效果产生了致命的影响，如涡凹气浮采用的是利用高速旋转的叶轮将吸入的空气打碎而产生气泡，且不论高速旋转的叶轮会同时将絮体搅破坏悬浮物，仅是这种产生气泡的方式，就决定了这种结构无法产生10微米以下的微气泡，所以要克服的是气泡发生器结构流程上的缺陷本机以其合理的设计，实现了空气从容气水到微气泡的转化。

Process principle:
1, the high utilization efficiency of dissolved gas
