一、制药废水处理简介:

1、医药产品按特点可分为抗生素、有机药物、无机药物、和中草药而按照生产工艺过程有分为生物制药和化学制药。

二、制药废水常用处理方法;

1、抗生素废水处理方法与一般工业废水处理法类似,主要有物化处理方法、生化处理方法以及多种方法的组合生化处理等。

2、物化法:混凝沉淀法、吸附法、光催化氧化法等。

3、膜技术

4、生物法:好氧生物处理、厌氧生物处理、组合生物处理等。

下面主要介绍下膜技术和生物法:

MBR工艺处理:

优点:

1、集水处理的膜法和污水处理的活性污泥法两种技术与一体,兼具过滤机理和生化作用两大特点,从而出水水质稳定。

2、能更的去除废水中的有机物,对废水处理效果高,随着运动时间的延长,活性污泥在膜表面不断累积、压缩,形成密实的滤饼层以及凝胶层对水中的可溶性分子有良好的降解作用。

3、与传统生化法相比还可省去二沉池,减少了工程的占地面积,污泥排放量少,运行费用低且自动化程度高。

缺点:

曝气受限制,膜污染,膜价格高等。

生物法:

利用微生物的代谢作用去除废水中有机污染物。根据文生物的代谢种类分为厌氧型和好氧型两种方法。

具体方法有:活性污泥法、生物膜法、氧化塘法和污泥消化等。

对于好氧生物处理来说,抗生素工业废水是高浓度有机废水,处理时需对原废液进行大量稀释,清水、动力消耗很大,成本较高,实际废水处理率也较低。

厌氧法处理高浓度有机废水优点:

有机物负荷高;污泥产率低,产生的污泥易于脱水;营养物需要量少;不需曝气,能耗低;产生沼气;水温适宜范围广;活性厌氧污泥保存时间长等。

综上所述,需要厌氧、好氧组合工艺才有效处理制药废水。

The specific methods include activated sludge process, biofilm method, oxidation pond method and sludge digestion.

For aerobic biological treatment, the antibiotic industry wastewater is a high concentration organic wastewater. When dealing with it, we need to dilute the original waste liquid. The water and power consumption is large, the cost is high, and the actual wastewater treatment rate is also low.

The advantages of anaerobic treatment of high concentration organic wastewater are:

Organic matter load is high, sludge yield is low, sludge produced is easy to dehydrate, nutrient demand is less, no aeration is needed, energy consumption is low, biogas generation, water temperature is suitable for a wide range, and active anaerobic sludge is kept for a long time.
