服务区污水处理设备技术参数——设备组成：
一体化污水处理设备主要有七部分组成：
1、格栅 2、缺氧池 3、生物接触氧化池 4、二沉池 5、污泥池 6、消毒池，若采用鼓风机需增加“模块化风机房”。
（1）格栅：污水进入设备前入调节池，以调节污水水质、水量，调节池有效停留时间一般为4-8小时，调节池进口处设置格栅，以拦截污水中的大颗粒杂物确保水泵正常运行，该格栅为304不锈钢材质，具有分离效果好（栅条间距2mm）、不易堵塞、使用寿命长等优点。
（2）缺氧池(污泥消化池）：缺氧池为脱氮处理而设置，经格栅分离后的污水经污水泵进入缺氧池，同时污泥池中的污泥也回流至缺氧池，缺氧池中放置公司特制 BOA 型生物填料作为反硝化细菌的载体，填料对氮、磷、硫化物去除效果好，停留时间为2小时，与后续工艺中的生物接触氧化池结合形成 A/O 法处理工艺，从而达到脱磷、脱氮的目的。
（3）生物接触氧化池：共分二级，总生化时间10小时，生物接触氧化池采用BOB 型生物组合填料，该填料比表面积大，处理负荷达14kgBOD/m3 .d，是一般填料的5-10倍，生化池采用中心廊道膜片式微孔曝气或射流曝气，污水在生化池内不断循环，充分的与填料上的生物膜相接触，达到有机物迅速降解作用。
（4）二沉池：生化后的污水进入二沉池，二沉池设计表面负荷1.0m³/㎡.hr，二沉池采用斜管沉淀，沉淀面积大，沉淀，比传统竖流式沉淀池3-5倍，侧钻孔集水槽，其集水槽排水均匀稳定，出水效果好，二沉池的污泥重力自压进入污泥池。
（5）污泥池：污泥池收集沉淀池产生的污泥，部分污泥通过污泥泵回流至缺氧池进行厌氧消化；多余的污泥仅需90天以上排一次泥（用粪车抽吸或脱水成泥饼外运）。
（6）消毒池(选用)：消毒池标准停留时间为30分钟，若是医院污水，消毒时间可增加1-1.5小时，消毒剂采用商品次氯酸钠溶液消毒方式，特制的消毒装置可根据水量的大小不断改变加药量，一般10天加药一次。
（7）模块化风机房：风机房单设置，内装二台回转式风机，能自动交替运行，单台风机无故障运行50000小时，自动控制柜、气提排泥控制器与风机房和为一体，外型美观。
