浙江嘉兴斜板沉淀池
一、 工作原理
废水由进水管进入池体，向下流通过位于池体中间的进水室，由导流板反射，再通过里面的进水布水口进入斜板。随着溶液向动，其所含的固体颗粒就沉淀在平行的斜板组件上，然后滑入池体底部的污泥斗，在污泥斗中，污泥浓缩后通过污泥出口排出。而其澄清液离开斜板通过顶部的出水通路孔流出，然后通过可调出水堰流汇集，由出水管流出。在斜板顶部设计通路孔的目的是使澄清液在通过集水渠时形成一个压力差，各斜板间流态分布均匀，从而使整个面积都被利用。这样操作的可靠性增大，减少溶液流态影响，还减少了结垢淤积的可能。
二、 特点
(1) 增大沉淀能力：a）沉淀面积增大。b）斜板可以对沉淀物起到再凝聚作用，使絮状物增大，易于沉淀。c）斜板沉淀创造了层流条件，沉淀效果好。
(2) 下沉污泥浓度增大。
(3) 排出的清水量整年保持稳定，而且不存在污泥覆盖。
三、 适用范围
斜板沉淀池主要用于已有的污水厂挖潜或扩大处理能力时采用，和污水处理厂受到占地面积地限制时，作为初次沉淀池使用。具体应用于：
(1) 金属加工废水处理
(2) CPI工艺处理及其废水处理
(3) 地表水净化
(4) 工厂废渣冲洗水处理
(5) 工厂的低容量废水处理
(6) 市政磷酸盐废水处理

1. Working principle
The wastewater enters the tank through the intake pipe and flows down through the intake chamber located in the middle of the pool.
