氨氮是指水中以游离氨(NH3)和铵离子(NH4+)形式存在的氮。 动物性有机物的含氮量一般较植物性有机物为高。同时,人畜粪便中含氮有机物很不稳定,容易分解成氨。因此,水中氨氮含量增高时指以氨或铵离子形式存在的化合氮。
在化肥工业、稀土以及其它很多化工生产过程中都会产生一定量的氯化铵废水,由于氯化铵废水中氨氮含量较高且存在氯离子,若直接排放,会对水体产生一定的污染,随着排放量不断增长,污染程度也在加大 ,而氯化铵废水的处理又是很大的难题。采用蒸发浓缩工艺,蒸汽消耗高,并且氯化铵溶液对材质的腐蚀十分严重。其中,采用多效蒸发的蒸发器形式较为普遍。但近年来,随着蒸汽价格的飞速上涨,该种蒸发过程的能耗也使得广大企业负担急剧增大,因此,寻找一种节能的蒸发技术显得非常迫切。

其基本原理是将从结晶器分离出来的二次蒸汽经压缩机压缩后,温度、压力升高,热焓增大,然后进入蒸发器加热室冷凝并释放出潜热。受热侧的料液也得到热量后沸腾汽化产生饱和气体(即二次蒸汽)。二次蒸汽经分离器后进入压缩机,重复上述过程。同时冷凝下来的冷凝水也可以给进系统的原料预热,这样就可以充分回收利用蒸汽的潜热,达到节能降耗的目的,同时还省去了冷却水系统。

After the secondary steam passes the separator, it enters the compressor and repeats the above procedure.
