江苏南京某医院污水处理设备工艺介绍

工艺原理：
CAST工艺又称CASS或CASP(Cyclic Activated Sludge System/Technology/ Process的缩写)，即循环式活性污泥法。该工艺是在SBR工艺的基础上，增加了选择器及污泥回流设施，并对时序做了一些调整，利用不同微生物在不同的负荷条件下生长速率差异和污水生物除磷脱氮机理，将生物选择器与传统SBR反应器相结合的产物，从而大大提高了SBR工艺的可靠性及效率。

CAST工艺的工艺流程：
污水中含有大量较大颗粒的悬浮物和漂浮物，经过格栅截留，除去上述污物，防止后续处理构筑物管道、阀门和水泵机组堵塞。污水经集水池用潜污泵打至沉砂池，在沉砂池中可除去相对密度较大的无机颗粒如砂等。

CAST池是污水处理厂的核心，它在SBR的基础上前部设置了生物选择区，后部安装了可升降的自动滗水器，曝气、沉淀、排水均在同一池子内周期性循环进行。生物选择区和主反应区之间由隔墙隔开，污水由生物选择区通过隔墙下部进入主反应区，托动水层缓慢上升，其结构见图9。在预反应区内，微生物通过酶的快速转移机理迅速吸附污水中大部分可溶性有机物，经历一个高负荷的基质快速积累过程，这对进水水质、水量、pH 和有毒有害物质起到较好的缓冲作用，同时对丝状菌的生长起到抑制作用，有效防止污泥膨胀，随后在主反应区经历一个较低负荷的基质降解过程。

适用范围：
CAST工艺可以连续进水，因此其处理大规模可达2×105m3/d， 济宁天通设备公司工艺采用微滤+调节+厌氧/好氧组合工艺处理养猪废水，具有耐进水冲击负荷强，工艺运行稳定，操作维护简单，不需要投加PAC等絮凝药剂，处理成本低适用范围广，可用于处理各类生活污水和工业废水。
