1、概述
链条刮渣（油）机是污水处理中气浮单元的配套设备，是我公司研制的产品，为各种气浮设备配合使用,它是为了去除工业和城市污水中的油脂、胶状物以及悬浮物而设计的。特别适用于刮除絮凝处理工艺中产生的浮渣。它应用链条传动原理，可根据用户不同的土建要求进行配套安装。按照所处理污水水质及所加药剂，可调节刮渣速度，以实现在小功耗下完成刮渣任务。
链条刮渣（油）机具有因地制宜、除渣量控制灵活、运行稳定、操作方便、维护简单、使用寿命长等特点。
2、工作原理
链条刮渣（油）机是将浮在水面上的固体悬浮物连续地清除，刮渣（油）机沿着整个液面运动，并将悬浮物从气浮槽的进口端推到出口端。刮渣（油）机的刮板被固定在链条的两端，刮渣（油）机是由无级调速器带动链轮传动装置来驱动。刮渣（油）机沿着槽的整个宽度移动，将污染物刮到排渣槽里。
3、机器的安装
1.主动轴、从动轴在同一平行线上，先安装主动轴，再安装从动轴。
2.链轮在同一直线上，安装时先将链条套在主动轴链轮上，固定住主动轴，根据链条长度确定从动轴的安装(从动轴好是可以调节链条的松紧度）。链条顺序一致，固定刮板的尼龙联结块双向对齐。
3.两轴与链条安装完毕后，安装托架结合件。
4.结合件安装完毕后将刮板安装上。
5.根据现场情况安装无级调速器并将钢链条连接上。
6.所有结合件安装完毕，检查各部位结合件松紧度、平行情况，通电开车试运行。
7.无级调速器通电开车后进行调速，链条刮渣（油）机每分钟线速度5.16～25.8m/min（具体根据现场情况调整）。
4.机器维护与保养
1该机应注意维护与保养，及时加油，如出现故障应及时排除。
2该机磨合期为一个月，到时应放掉链式刮渣（油）机变速箱润滑油、拆开冲洗、换油。
3在正常运转情况下，无级调速器使用无级调速器合成油，换油时间为500小时，以后每隔半年换油一次，用户需要备用合成油，调速机械厂供应。
4钢链条每周在链条上用油枪滴加20#机械油一次，适量。

1、刮板采用304不锈钢板，厚度1.5mm+丁腈橡胶板,厚度8mm
2、链轮、链条高强度尼龙；链轨Q235
3、链条调节螺栓为不锈钢，
