一、洗衣废水的特点

洗衣厂的生产流程一般分为润湿、洗涤、清洗、彩漂、杀菌、脱水、烘干等,在洗衣过程中使用的原料主要有洗涤剂、增白剂、杀菌剂等。洗衣废水的主要特点是含有大量洗涤剂、杀菌剂、悬浮物等,污染因子为LASSSTPCODNH3-N等。根据对某洗衣公司的洗衣废水连续采样分析,其中主要污染因子的浓度变化范围为LAS3060mg/LSS200350mg/LTP38mg/LCOD100400mg/L,温度30℃~50℃,废水有杀菌剂的氯味。LAS及杀菌剂对微生物均具有抑制作用。

二、治理及回用方案分析

1、治理方案

该工程采用的处理流程为:废水→格栅→调节池物化预处理→水解酸化+接触氧化→消毒→石英砂过滤→活性炭吸附→离子交换→中水回用。各单元的作用是:通过格栅去除废水中大的悬浮物(衣物中的毛、纤维等),物化预处理主要去除部分CODTPLASSS等,生物处理段进一步去除CODTPLASSS等,经消毒后通过石英砂过滤去除残留悬浮物,然后进入活性炭吸附器,对残留难除解污染物进一步吸附,后通过离子交换系统去除废水的硬度(Ca2+Mg2+)。

2、物化预处理段各污染物去除率分析

根据一般的洗衣废水特点,在实验室进行小试。通过物化预处理方式分析加药后对CODTPLAS的去除率与其它废水在实际工程中的去除率进行比较,确定物化预处理方案的可行性。根据试验发现,该废水通过物化预处理后CODLAS的去除率与其它废水相似,可保持在60%70%的范围,TP可达到90%SS可达到70%90%。因此通过物化预处理后的LASSSCOD等可得到有效去除。加药沉淀后各污染物可降至LAS1224mg/LSS60105mg/LTP0.5mg/LCOD24160mg/L

3、生物处理法分析和控制及去除效果

在运行情况良好的活性污泥系统中取污泥浓度3500mg/L左右的活性污泥50mL,分别加入100mL200mL等不同剂量的洗涤废水,充分搅拌放置1小时以上,对加废水前后的微生物进行镜检分析发现,经物化预处理后的废水中,杀菌剂和LAS对微生物有一定影响,菌胶团的性状稍有变化,但对大多数微生物未造成冲击。因此后续处理用生物法是可行的。在实际工程中,将物化预处理后的废水经过水解酸化后,进入接触氧化池,在运行初期加入活性污泥及适当营养进行培养及驯化,并挂膜。运行过程中维持一定的活性污泥浓度。活性污泥的主要作用在于对LAS的吸附,在MLSS浓度适中的情况下运行,可有效吸附LAS并对其进行降解,并有效减少接触氧化池曝气时的泡沫量。生物段的有效运行二沉池出水污染物的去除率:LAS可达90%以上,COD可达85%90%TP可达10%20%;废水通过二沉池沉淀后可达LAS3.0mg/LSS20mg/LTP0.4mg/LCOD24mg/L

4、中水回用处理方案分析

二沉池出水经消毒杀菌后去除废水中的的细菌和病毒,再进入石英砂过滤器去除残留悬浮物,悬浮物的有效去除率可达90%以上,然后经过活性炭吸附进一步去除残留的LAS、剩余有机污染物等,该段有效的去除率可达90%以上,后经离子交换树脂去除硬度(Ca2+Mg2+),使用硬度为0。经处理后的洗衣废水终可达到如下效果:LAS0SS0COD2mg/LCa2+Mg2+0。洗衣废水经过上述系统处理后可重新进行回用,去除硬度后,还有利于减少洗涤剂的用量,而且衣物更易清洗干净。整个系统也维持着良性循环的状态。

1. Characteristics of laundry wastewater

The washing plant's production process is generally divided into wetting, washing, cleaning, bleaching, sterilization, dehydration and drying. The main raw materials used in washing process are detergents, brighteners, fungicides, etc. The main characteristics of laundry wastewater are a large number of detergent, bactericide, suspension and so on. The pollution factors are LAS, SS, TP, COD, NH3-N and so on. According to the continuous sampling and analysis of laundry wastewater of a laundry company, the concentrations of the main pollution factors ranged from LAS30 to 60mg/L, SS200 to 350mg/L, TP3 to 8mg/L, COD100 to 400mg/L, and the temperature was between 30 and 50 degrees. LAS and fungicides have inhibitory effects on microbes.

Two, analysis of management and reuse

1. The governance scheme

The process used in this project is: wastewater to grid, conditioning pool pretreatment, hydrolysis acidification, contact oxidation, disinfection, quartz sand filtration, activated carbon adsorption, ion exchange, intermediate water reuse. Each unit is: through the grille to remove suspended solids in wastewater (the clothes in the hair and fiber), physicochemical pretreatment to remove part of COD, TP, LAS, SS, COD, biological process to remove TP, LAS, SS etc., after disinfection by quartz sand filter to remove residual suspended solids, and then enter the activated carbon adsorber, the residual solution difficult to remove pollutants further adsorption, ion exchange system finally through the removal of hardness (Ca2+, Mg2+).

2, analysis of the removal rate of pollutants in the physicochemical pretreatment section

According to the characteristics of the general laundry waste water, a small test was carried out in the laboratory. First, the removal rate of COD, TP and LAS after adding medicine was compared with the removal rate of other wastewater in actual engineering through physicochemical pretreatment, and the feasibility of physicochemical pretreatment plan was determined.  According to the test, the removal rate of COD and LAS after physicochemical pretreatment is similar to that of other wastewater. It can keep in the range of 60% to 70%, TP can reach 90%, and SS can reach 70% ~ 90%. Therefore, the LAS, SS, COD and so on can be effectively removed after the physical and chemical pretreatment. Dosing after precipitation of various pollutants can be reduced to LAS12 ~ 24mg/L, SS60 ~ 105mg/L, TP = 0.5mg/L, COD24 ~ 160mg/L.

3. Analysis and control and removal effect of biological treatment

The sludge concentration of about 3500mg/L 50mL activated sludge in activated sludge system is running well in 100mL and 200mL were added into the washing wastewater in different dosage, stirring for 1 hours or more, microscopic analysis of the wastewater before and after adding microbial wastewater pretreatment by the material, fungicides and LAS have a certain influence on the microorganism, zooglea characteristics change slightly, but the majority of microorganisms caused no impact.  Therefore, it is feasible to use biological method for subsequent treatment. In practical engineering, the wastewater after physicochemical pretreatment is hydrolyzed and acidified, and then enters the contact oxidation pond. Activated sludge and proper nutrition are added to culture and domestication at the initial stage of operation. During the operation, a certain concentration of activated sludge is maintained. The main function of activated sludge is to adsorb LAS. It can effectively adsorb LAS and degrade it under the condition of moderate MLSS concentration, and effectively reduce the amount of foam during the aeration of contact oxidation tank. The effective operation of two biological effluent pollutant removal rate: LAS up to 90%, COD is 85% ~ 90%, TP up to 10% ~ 20%; waste water through sedimentation after two up to LAS = 3.0mg/L, SS = 20mg/L, TP = 0.4mg/L, COD = 24mg/L.

4, analysis of treatment scheme for reutilization of medium water

Two effluent by sterilization after removal of bacteria and viruses in the waste water, and then into the quartz sand filter to remove residual suspended solids, suspended solids removal efficiency can reach more than 90%, then after activated carbon adsorption to remove residual LAS, residual organic pollutants, the effective removal rate can reach above 90%, the last hardness removal by ion exchange resin (Ca2+, Mg2+), with a hardness of 0. After washing wastewater can reach the following effects: LAS = 0, SS = 0, COD = 2mg/L, Ca2+ = 0, Mg2+. The laundry wastewater can be reused after being treated by the above system. After removing the hardness, it helps to reduce the consumption of detergent, and the clothes are easier to clean. The whole system also maintains a state of benign circulation.
