江苏镇江一体化污水处理
一体化污水处理膜生物反应器(MBR)工艺是膜分离技术与生物技术有机结合的新型废水处理技术。它利用膜分离设备将生化反应池中的活性污泥和大分子有机物质截留住,省掉二沉池。活性污泥浓度因此大大提高,水力停留时间(HRT)和污泥停留时间(SRT)可以分别控制,而难降解的物质在反应器中不断反应、降解。
因此,膜生物反应器(MBR)工艺通过膜分离技术大大强化了生物反应器的功能。一体化污水处理与传统的生物处理方法相比,是目前有前途的废水处理新技术之一。
该技术是一种的污水处理技术,其核心是基于浸入式高强中空纤维膜分离和生物反应技术,将悬浮生长生物反应器与超滤膜分离系统一体化,用超滤膜分离方法替代了传统活性污泥处理系统中的二沉池和砂滤系统。一体化污水处理的特点是处理水水质非常好,悬浮固体、CODcr、NH3-N、BOD5和浊度很低,可直接回用作杂用水,比如饮用水以外的生活杂用水,园林绿化,洗车等;工业用水,比如循环冷却用水或直接作为反渗透进水、生产锅炉补给水和电子工业超纯水。
超滤膜通常是直接浸没在曝气池中,直接与生物反应混合液接触,通过过滤泵的负压抽吸使滤后水通过外压式中空纤维膜达到固液分离的作用。负压抽吸的压差非常低,大只有2.2米的水头,单位处理水所需的能量较小。在过滤过程中,通过鼓风机在膜的底部通入空气。一方面气流上升产生的湍流对中空纤维膜的外表面产生擦洗作用,从而可连续清除掉膜表面上粘附的固体物质,防止或降低膜的污染或堵塞;另一方面这种气流同时也具有曝气作用,可提供生物降解所需要的大部分耗氧量。生物降解所需要的其余部分氧还要通过扩散曝气系统来完成。生物反应中产生的过量污泥直接从超滤膜池中排出。

Integrated sewage treatment in Jiangsu and Zhenjiang
Integrated wastewater treatment membrane bioreactor (MBR) technology is a new type of wastewater treatment technology which combines membrane separation technology and biological technology organically. It uses membrane separation equipment to cut off the activated sludge and macromolecular organic matter in the biochemical reaction pool, and saves the two sink. The ultrafiltration membrane is usually directly submerged in the aeration tank, directly contacting with the biological reaction mixed liquid, and after filtering the pump's negative pressure suction, the filtered water can achieve solid liquid separation through the external pressure hollow fiber membrane. The pressure difference of the negative pressure suction is very low, the maximum only 2.2 meters of water head, the energy required by the unit to deal with the water is small. During the filtration process, air is passed through the bottom of the membrane by the blower. On the one hand, rising to produce air turbulence on the outer surface of the hollow fiber membrane to produce scrubbing effect, which can continuously remove solid material on the surface of membrane adhesion, prevent or reduce membrane fouling or blockage; on the other hand, the air also has the aeration effect, can provide the most biodegradable needed oxygen consumption. The rest of the oxygen needed for biodegradation is also done by the diffusion aeration system. The excess sludge produced in the biological reaction is discharged directly from the ultrafiltration membrane pool.
