一、含油废水-阐述
油类物质在废水中通常以三种状态存在。
(1)浮上油，油滴粒径大于100μm，易于从废水中分离出来。油品在废水中分散的颗粒较大，粒径大于100微米,易于从废水中分离出来。在石油污水中，这种油占水中总含油量60～80%。
(2)分散油．油滴粒径介于10一100μm之间，悬浮于水中。
(3)乳化油，油滴粒径小于10μm，油品在废水中分散的粒径很小，呈乳化状态，不易从废水中分离出来。
(4)溶解油，油类溶解于水中的状态。
二、主要处理方法
1.上浮法
主要用于隔油池出水的处理，去除细小油珠和乳化油。经过上浮处理后，出水含油量可降至30毫克/升。其方法是：将适量的空气通入含油废水中，形成许多微小气泡，在气泡作用下构成水、气、油珠三相非均一体系。在界面张力、气泡上浮力和静水压力差的作用下形成气-油珠结合体上浮而实现油水分离。上浮法按气泡产生的方法，可分为布气上浮法、溶气上浮法和电解上浮法三种。
2.布气上浮法
这种方法主要是借助于机械剪力将混入水中的气泡破碎，或将空气先分散成细小气泡后进入废水，进行气水混合上浮。常用方法有叶轮上浮法、射流上浮法以及多孔材料(如扩散板、微孔管、帆布管等)曝气上浮法。布气上浮法的优点是设备简单，管理方便，电耗较低。缺点是气泡破碎不细，一般不小于1000微米，上浮效果因而受到限制。此外，采用多孔材料曝气上浮法，多孔材料容易堵塞，影响运行。
3.溶气上浮法
是从含过饱和空气的废水中析出气体，产生气泡以实现上浮。常用的有加压溶气上浮法和真空上浮法，前者应用较普遍。加压溶气上浮法是用水泵将废水送入溶气罐加压到3～5.5千克力/厘米2，同时注入空气使其在压力下溶解于废水。一般溶气时间为2～4分钟。然后废水通过减压阀进入上浮池。
4.电解上浮法
利用电能在含油废水中的电解氧化还原效应，以及由此在电极上产生的微小气泡的上浮作用来净化含油废水。如采用可溶性阳极材料，还可以同时发生电解混凝作用以净化废水。

1. Oil containing wastewater
Oil substances usually exist in three states in the waste water.
(1) floating oil, the oil droplet size is more than 100 mu m, easy to separate from the waste water. The particle size of the oil in the waste water is larger, the particle size is more than 100 microns, and it is easy to separate from the wastewater. In the oil sewage, the oil accounts for 60 to 80% of the total oil content in the water.
(2) dispersing oil. The particle size of oil droplets is between 10 and 100 mu m, suspended in water.
(3) emulsified oil, the particle size of the oil droplets is less than 10 m, and the particle size of the oil in the wastewater is very small and is emulsified, and it is not easy to separate from the waste water.
(4) the dissolving of oil and the state of the oil dissolved in the water.
Two. The main methods of treatment
1. upper floatation
It is mainly used for the advanced treatment of the effluent from the oil separation tank to remove fine oil beads and emulsified oil. After floatation, the oil content of the effluent can be reduced to 30 mg / L. The method is to pass the right amount of air into the oily waste water to form many tiny bubbles, and form a three phase heterogeneous system of water, gas and oil beads under the action of bubbles. Oil and water separation is realized by the formation of gas oil bead binding under the action of interfacial tension, buoyancy on the bubble and the difference of hydrostatic pressure. According to the method of bubble formation, three kinds of floating method can be divided into buoyancy float method, dissolved gas float method and electrolysis float method.
2. air floatation
This method mainly relies on mechanical shearing to break up the bubbles mixed into the water, or to disperse the air into small bubbles before entering the wastewater, and to float up with the mixture of gas and water. The commonly used methods include the floatation of the impeller, the floatation of the jet and the aeration on the porous material (such as the diffusion plate, the microporous tube, the canvas tube, etc.). The advantages of the air floatation are simple equipment, convenient management and low power consumption. The shortcoming is that the bubble is broken, and it is generally not less than 1000 microns, so the floating effect is limited. In addition, porous materials are used to aerate the floatation, and the porous materials are easily blocked and affect the operation.
3. dissolved gas floating method
It is from the waste water containing over saturated air to precipitate gas and produce bubbles to float up. In common use, there are pressure dissolved air float method and vacuum float method, the former is widely used. The pressure dissolved air float method is used to pump the wastewater into the gas tank to pressure to 3 ~ 5.5 kilogram force / cm 2, and the air is injected into the waste water under pressure. The general gas dissolution time is 2~4 minutes. The waste water then enters the floating tank through the pressure relief valve.
4. electrolysis floating method
The electrolysis redox effect of electric energy in oily wastewater and the floating effect of tiny bubbles on the electrode are used to purify the oily wastewater. If the soluble anode materials are used, the electrolysis coagulation can also be used to purify the wastewater.
