一、概述
组合一体化地埋式污水处理装置是以生物接触氧化法工艺为核心技术的一种污水净化处理设备，它可以埋入地下，省掉地面建筑规划审批、设计建造、保温等复杂环节。同时，具有出水水质好，运行稳定，管理简便，噪音低等特点。组合地埋式污水处理设备具有广阔的应用范围，它适用于宾馆、饭店、医院、住宅小区、新农村改造、办公楼、商场、疗养院、学校等场所产生的生活污水处理，同时适用于食品、造纸、酿造、屠宰等有机污水的处理。

三、设备工艺
组合一体化地埋式污水处理设备的设计主要是生活污水和与之类似的工业有机污水处理，其主要处理手段是采用目前成熟的生化处理技术：接触氧化法。
该设备共有五部分组成：
1.水解酸化池
2.二级接触氧化池
3.沉淀池
4.污泥好氧消化池
5.中间水（消毒）池
四、工艺流程
1.水解酸化池水解酸化工艺目的就是为后面的好氧生化处理作预处理。废水在水解池中的停留有厌氧发酵作用，进一步改善和提高废水的可生化性，对提高后续生化反应速率、缩短生化反应时间、减少能耗和降低运行费用。
2.接触氧化池水解酸化池的水自流至氧化池进行生化处理，氧化池分为2级，原污水中大部分有机物在此得到降解和净化，好氧菌以填料为载体，利用污水中的有机物为食料，将污水中的有机物分解成无机类，从而达到净化目的。好氧菌的生存，有足够的氧气，即污水中有足够的溶解氧，以达到生化处理的目的。好氧池空气由风机提供，池内采用新型组合生物填料，该填料表面积比大、使用寿命长、易挂膜、耐腐蚀，池底采用旋混式曝气器，使溶解氧的转移率高，同时有重量轻、化、不易堵塞、使用寿命长等优点。
3.沉淀池污水经过生物接触氧化池处理后出水自流进入沉淀池，以进一步沉淀去除脱落的生物膜和部份有机及无机小颗粒，沉淀池是根据重力作用的原理，当含有悬浮物的污水从下往动时，由重力作用，将物质沉淀下来。经过沉淀池沉淀后的出水更清澈透明。下部设锥形沉淀区和污泥提升装置，沉淀污泥气提式提升至污泥好氧消化池。
4.污泥好氧消化池沉淀池所排放剩余污泥在污泥好氧消化池中进行好氧消化稳定处理，以减少污泥的体积和提高污泥的稳定性。好氧消化后的污泥量较少，清理时可用吸粪车从污泥池的检查孔伸到污泥池底部进行抽吸后外运即可（半年清理一次）。
5.消毒池与消毒装置目前，消毒方式很多，如液氯法、臭氧法、次氯酸钠法二氧化氯法等。虽然次氯酸钠法具有投配方便、价格低廉、可靠性高等优点，但是会与水中某些有机物结合生成有致癌作用的有机卤化物。二氧化氯是国际公认的广谱、、安全的消毒杀菌剂，其安全性被世界卫生组织（WHO）列为第四代AI级消毒产品，杀毒能力是次氯酸钠的2.6倍，远远其它氯系列消毒产品。（消毒装置根据用户需要另行配套）设备结构与特点组合一体化污水处理设备因为埋地设置，维修与保养较为困难，因此在设计中该设备就考虑了它的免维护性，整个设备结构合理可靠，同时也考虑到即使发生一些故障，也可通过设备的各检查孔进入设备内。组合一体化污水处理设备所有设施均设置在若干个箱体内，主体设备材质为碳钢结构，均作深度防腐。内外表面采用机械除锈处理后，采用环氧沥青漆做多层防腐，使用寿命一般可达15年以上。
